How to Request Deletion

  1. Send your request from the email address linked to your Fitlyze account.
  2. Use the subject line: Fitlyze Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your full name and account email in the message body.

  • Confirmed deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
